Why John Rainey?
- I offer the highest quality of personal service. I don’t rush clients through the application process and then leave them to an assistant. I consult with my clients, understand their financial goals, find a mortgage product that meets their goals, and work with them through the entire process. And unlike many mortgage loan officers, I attend my closings.

- A website (www.TheRaineyWay.com) where they can access valuable mortgage information. Clients can use the many mortgage calculators to determine how much home they can afford, determine mortgage payments, and even apply for their mortgage online.
- A Loan Tracking web page, where everyone involved in the real estate transaction (Client, Realtor, Settlement Agent, and me) can track the status of the client’s loan, post messages and documents for the entire team’s access. Every member of the team can review the Purchase Agreement, Addendums, Property Assessment, Good Faith Estimate, Closing Instructions, Appraisal, Loan Approval Conditions, and more. The client can find contact information for Homeowners’ Insurance companies and Utility services. Most importantly it brings all the players in the real estate transaction to one central location for information; thereby improving communication and streamlining the process.
- Personal service is paramount, yet often missing, in today’s mortgage industry. Therefore, I decided to be dedicated to personal service, enhance that service with useful technologies, stay totally involved with the client, and work daily with my local underwriter to ensure the loan closes smoothly and on time.
