Shawn R. Scott joined Tidewater Mortgage in 2006. She spent the previous 16 years working in the banking industry. For eight years she worked for Bank of America as a Senior Operations Analyst where her work was focused in the recovery and litigation department. She has also held positions with Suntrust Bank and BB & T.

Shawn takes an educational approach to mortgages with her clientele. Her extensive background in working with litigation attorneys at Bank of America has inspired her to foster in-depth relationships with mortgage clients.

Shawn lives in Virginia Beach, and she is a native of the Tidewater area. Her familiarity with southeastern Virginia makes her an excellent advisor for local clients. She enjoys music and living near the Atlantic Ocean.
