David Demmer has over a decade of experience in residential, commercial and construction lending. Prior to joining the Tidewater team he owned and operated his own mortgage company Noah Financial, Inc. for over 5 years. He had the unique opportunity to work for both a mortgage broker and a regional retail bank prior to starting his own company. His expertise provides first time home buyers to seasoned investors solutions and answers with a simplistic approach to a complex industry. His training and background give him a diverse perspective of qualifying credit, mortgages, debt management as well as home equity and real estate investment.
David specializes in USDA home loans, FHA, VA, Refinance, and First Time Home Buyers.
