Chris Cahill began his business career as an account executive for Beneficial Finance in 1994. He quickly asserted himself as a management candidate and was promoted to Branch Manager in just 18 months. Prior to leaving Beneficial in 2000,  he was managing one of the largest branches in the Mid-Atlantic region with over $25 million in receivables.

 

In 2000,  he formed Pendel Mortgage Co. based in Havertown, PA. The company began growing immediately and soon expanded into New Jersey and South Carolina. Chris was the top producing loan officer averaging over $20 million per year in loan volume.

 

In July of 2010,  he joined Tidewater Mortgage Services as Branch Manager of their Bridgewater, New Jersey office with licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

 

He is a 1994 graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania where he received a BA in Business Administration and Management. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys traveling this great country and spending time with his wife and two children.
