MEET ELIZABETH “PEYTON” VON HIRSCH
As a loan originator for Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc., Peyton has over 25 years mortgage industry experience and considers this career the most rewarding job of her life. Over the past 24 years, Peyton has enjoyed putting thousands of people in existing and new construction homes all over Virginia and North Carolina. She began her career at Tidewater Mortgage Services in 1998 when their doors officially opened and continues to work hard to ensure superior customer service to all her clients. Peyton is one of the few Virginia Beach residents that was born and raised here! She is a graduate of Kempsville High School and Old Dominion University. She currently resides with her husband and 2 college age children in the Southern part of Virginia Beach. LIFE PHILOSOPHY
Peyton has always gone through life as an active participant rather than sitting on the sideline. She enjoys meeting new people and working hard to get the loan that is just right for their needs. Peyton is competitive and loves to be challenged.
CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Peyton has served on the HRRA Board as an Associate Director for the Affiliates Committee but her biggest accomplishment is her work with the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Association. She started with the TMBA as a Director in 2007 and chaired the Education Committee for years until she became the President in 2013 and then again in 2020. She remains on the Board to promote the mortgage industry. She has also been in the President’s Club at Tidewater Mortgage Services since it was established in 2008.
HOBBIES
In her free time, Peyton enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children. She was always a runner but took up weight lifting in 2012 and loves to challenge herself daily. She and her husband, Eric, are also proud owners’ of a 2006 Jeep Wrangler which they enjoy taking down to Sandbridge Beach on the weekends or 4-wheeling in OBX.
