A 26 year veteran in the real estate and lending industry, Lynn is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc. and is the preferred mortgage consultant for the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby&rsquos International Realty, Schell Brothers and Echelon Custom Home communities.
In 1985, Lynn started her career as a real estate sales agent in the Northern New Jersey metro. Consistently in the top 10% of all agents in the New Jersey region in sales volume, she went on to co-own a three office Century 21 franchise. In 1997, she merged with Coldwelll Banker Residential Brokerage to offer enhanced services and unmatched technology for the time.
In 2000, she and her husband relocated to Rehoboth Beach, DE, which had been a long-time vacation area for them. She took her extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate and went to work for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Loan Consultant and realized she had found her niche! In 2004, she was recruited by Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc. to handle the mortgage needs for the Ocean Atlantic family of companies, Schell Brothers, in addition to the mortgage needs of realtors and buyers throughout the Delmarva region.
