Josh has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry as a Maryland licensed mortgage loan originator and real estate investor. In 2002 he began his career in an operations position with a local mortgage lender in Howard County, but soon realized that his passion was working directly with consumers in helping them achieve the dream of homeownership. He prides himself on making it a priority to get to know each and every one of his clients in order to fully understand what’s most important to them. Only then does he use his combination of knowledge, experience, professionalism, and access to a wide variety of loan products to recommend the best possible loan solution for their specific goals and objectives. He considers it one of his greatest professional achievements that most of the people he works with become repeat customers, and, in many cases, friends! In his spare time, he can be found throughout Frederick County engaged in various activities with his wife, 6 children, and family dogs Joey and Charlie.
