My name is Lauren Harrington, and I am a mortgage loan officer at Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc. Originally from Philadelphia, PA (Go EAGLES!), I obtained my BFA from the University of the Arts in 1999. I then relocated to San Diego to pursue a career in dance on the West Coast. However, due to career-ending injuries, I transitioned to a managerial role at George’s at the Cove, a nationally acclaimed high-end restaurant in La Jolla, CA, where I dedicated nine years of my life.

In 2009, I got married in San Diego, and the U.S. Marine Corps relocated us to Virginia Beach. Virginia Beach has become my permanent residence. Living here is truly special, with its invigorating salt air, breathtaking beaches, countless activities, and above all, an unparalleled sense of community. I am a proud mother of two wonderful boys, Ethan and Charlie. I had the privilege of staying at home with them for six years before returning to work outside the home in 2017. Fortunately, I found a second work family here at Tidewater Mortgage, where I have been presented with numerous opportunities, both behind the scenes and in sales.
