Julia has over 30 years of mortgage experience but for the past 13 years has only concentrated on reverse mortgages. She enjoys helping seniors improve their quality of life in retirement using the reverse mortgage program and works hard to ensure great customer service to all her clients during the loan process as well as long after the loan has closed. “I consider my clients ‘newfound friends’ and I am here for them to call me anytime.” She believes in and follows the “Golden Rule” and always tries to do the best she can for her clients to build long lasting relationships.

As a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Hampton Roads Realtor Association, she has been the recipient of numerous awards from the mortgage industry including Rookie of the Year and Loan Officer of the Year. Julia is a licensed mortgage loan originator in 3 states which include, Virginia, North Carolina, and, South Carolina. Julia is certified to teach Reverse Mortgage continuing education in Virginia.
